With over 25 years experience, Christy Huckaby is a licensed Real Estate Broker. She has proven to be a leader in Residential and Commercial Real Estate and is considered top in her field.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Housing and Home Furnishing Merchandising, from The University of North Texas, Christy immediately started her career in New Home sales with a National Homebuilder in The Woodlands, Texas. Success followed as she was consistently named Top Sales Associate by The Greater Houston Homebuilders Association. Expanding her career, she became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1995. Her experience soon led her to accepting a position as Director of Realtor Relations for Johnson Development, a premier Houston Developer, where she worked directly with Marketing, Development and New Home Sales. She designed and developed the marketing campaign for Brokers and Agents in the Greater Houston Area for Silverlake ... a Master Planned Community.
That opportunity then led to Christy accepting a position as the Marketing Director of Realtor Relations with Gary Greene, Better Homes and Gardens. With sales as her passion, Christy went on to develop an extremely successful career in Residential Real Estate. A career that catapulted her into being a multi-million dollar Top Producing Agent with Remax Associates Northeast in Kingwood, Texas. Wanting to expand her knowledge further, Christy obtained her Broker's license in 2005 and joined a Top Tier Commercial Real Estate Firm in Houston. Since being trained by the best in the business, Christy has experienced great success selling Commercial Buildings, Property and Land.
Drees Custom Homes, Houston Division appointed Christy as their Market Manager for the final village of Kingwood, Royal Brook. Working the luxury custom sales Market, Christy experienced great success not only in sales but assisting her buyers in the customizations and design process.
Christy has a profound appreciation for architecture and design. She is a natural born contractor and has been the project manager on endless remodels. It is only natural for her to dive head first into Re-construction and Remodeling Investment property. Her education in Home Furnishings Merchandising created an extension to her Real Estate talent and allowed her great success in Interior Design. Christy knows what it takes to stage a home for re-sale and takes pride in taking on that task for her clients. Christy's approach to Real Estate sales is a collaboration of aggressive marketing, social media advertising, traditional advertising, networking within the Real Estate Community and Confident Negotiating.
Her past experiences gives her vast insight and knowledge to ALL aspects of Real Estate and her passion provides a unique vision for her clients which can greatly help in guiding them through the buying and selling process.
